Terms & Conditions by Mount Paranormal

Please read the conditions carefully before booking your tickets.  On purchasing your tickets you will have agreed to the terms and entered into this agreement.

1. You understand that you are participating in these investigations at your own risk.  You should dress appropriately for the venue chosen, sensible footwear should be worn at all times.  No thongs or open toes.
2. You agree to sign a waiver form on the day/night stating that you understand you will/could be working in the dark, so increasing the chance of tripping or falling.
3. Tickets and gift vouchers are 'non-refundable/moveable due to change of mind'.  This does not cover unforeseen circumstances from our guests or us such as sickness or accident.  It does cover wrong booking or date, please choose wisely as we sell tickets in good faith.
4. Strictly no drugs or alcohol.  Anybody deemed under the influence of alcohol or any other substance will be refused entry without refund or credit.
5. No smoking and or vaping on any investigations held by Mount Paranormal, even if the investigation is outdoors.
6. Strictly NO filming, videoing or audio recording of the investigations.
7. You are to remain with the investigators and group at all times, no wandering off on your own.
8. Venues, guests and investigators should be respected at all times.  Disruptive, loud and unacceptable behaviour will result in the investigation to be halted and the person being asked to leave.  No refund/credit will be given.
9. You are able to use your own equipment in the investigations (except we do NOT allow ouija boards, seance or demonology type investigations or equipment), however you understand that Mount Paranormal is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur with your equipment.  You are using these on your own accord. 
10. You understand that if numbers are not reached for the investigations then the investigation could be cancelled or merged with an earlier/later investigation time.
11. Please note that some investigations are 18+.  Dark investigations are not suitable for children under 14, due to the subject matter.  We have a duty of care to younger audiences.
12. By booking this investigation, you waive the right to sue or make legal claims against Mount Paranormal investigations or any venue used during the investigations.
13. Although rare, investigations could be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or severe weather conditions.  If we need to do this you will be moved to another suitable date or put into credit.

Our investigations consists of walking and standing, often in warm or wet weather conditions on what can be uneven ground.  Please consider this if you suffer from any of the listed conditions.  Our venues do not all have seating.

• Difficulties with walking distances or standing.
• Heart conditions
• Bladder conditions
• Breathing conditions such as asthma
• High or low blood pressure
• Any injuries such as muscle strain or tendons
• Any recent surgeries
• Advance pregnancy
