Yes, we encourage our guest to be involved in the investigation and guests can use their own equipment, however please read the waiver as Mount Paranormal will not be responsible for lost or damage to your equipment.

Please note: we do not allow Ouija boards, seance or demonology type of equipment or activity at our investigations.

Sadly we cannot promise that you will see a ghost or there will always be paranormal activity every time you attend an investigation....although we will ensure your experience is real and do our upmost best to obtain some sort of activity.

We accept payment through our online booking site, Trybooking.

We advise that our investigations are  mostly 18+.  Some investigations we do will have an age restriction of 15+

The reason for this is that we are actually doing the investigations in real time.  We do not use animation or any entertaining elements or thrills.  

We often get activity and on occasion, this can be very challenging even for adults.  It is for this reason that we have set an age limit, and even then its on the parents understanding that these investigations can be very real sometimes.  Any person under 18 must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

No, we do not, our guests are to make their own way to our investigations.

There may be some investigations that include travel and accommodation and this will be included into the price.  These investigations will be advertised including travel and accommodation.  

If you come to an advertised night, you can come alone or with a group depending on how many tickets are available for that investigation.

If you are coming as a group, each person must be prepared to sign the waiver form before each investigation.

No, we can organize tours on other nights on request.  We would need a minimum amount of people to do these away from public nights and reserve the right to add others if full numbers are not reached.
